2. Bookings & Payments

 

 

• Bookings are only confirmed once full or partial payment (as specified at the time of booking) has been received.

• Payment methods will be specified during the booking process.

• Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and include the services outlined in the itinerary or booking confirmation.

• Any additional costs (e.g. optional excursions, meals not specified, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the traveler.

 

 

 

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

• Cancellations must be made in writing via info@gatewaymaroc.com.

• Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation:

   

  • More than 30 days before the start date: full refund (minus any non-refundable supplier costs).

  • 15–30 days before: 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before: no refund.

   

• Certain services (e.g. flights, hotels, third-party bookings) may be non-refundable. Specific details will be provided at the time of booking.

 

 

 

 

4. Traveler Responsibilities

 

 

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.

• Travelers must disclose any medical conditions, dietary needs, or accessibility requirements at the time of booking so we can assist where possible.

• Travelers are responsible for their own travel insurance, covering medical care, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

 

 

 

 

5. Changes & Cancellations by Gateway Maroc

 

 

• We will make every effort to deliver the services as booked. However, we reserve the right to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, political events, supplier availability).

• In the rare event of cancellation by Gateway Maroc, we will offer an alternative arrangement of equal value or a full refund.

 

 

 

 

6. Liability

 

 

• Gateway Maroc acts as an agent for third-party providers (such as hotels, transport companies, and guides). While we take care to work with trusted partners, we are not liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence of third parties.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, health outbreaks, political instability).

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
